The Heartland Review announced that Martha Hendricks’s Pioneer Hearts will be its May Book Club selection. Reviewers praised the novel’s “unflinching look at frontier womanhood” and “deep compassion for everyday faith.” A virtual Q&A with Hendricks will be held later this month.
